About me
Midiwife in Munich and Unterschleißheim
As a midwife, I offer you sensitive support and advice during the exciting time of your pregnancy.
Comprehensive care for the new family in the postpartum period is particularly important to me. I am happy to provide you with advice and support during this special phase of your life and accompany you on your unique journey into parenthood.
Birth preparation course
Dear (expectant) families, On two Saturdays/Sundays, I will guide you through all the important topics related to birth and the postpartum period with my midwifery knowledge. My goal is to prepare you as best as possible – with a mix of theory, practical exercises, vivid examples, and a touch of humor. We'll talk about the stages of birth, your first time in the delivery room as a family, and the joys and challenges of the postpartum period. Since you are becoming a family together, it's important to me that you experience this course as a couple.
We will take regular breaks and there will be a long lunch break.
The costs for the pregnant woman are covered by the health insurance company - partner fee 150€.
The request is binding from 48 hours after receipt.
After your booking request, I will send you a contract as soon as possible, which you can either return to me with a digital signature or bring with you signed on the day of the course.

Why a midwife
I provide the following services
Support during pregnancy
During your pregnancy, I will arrange regular appointments with you to clarify any questions you may have. We will use the nine months so that you can optimally prepare for the time with your child.
Advice on pregnancy complaints
If you have any questions or uncertainties, I will support you with my specialist knowledge and we will find suitable solutions together.
Postpartum care
I will also provide you with sensitive support after the birth.
A balanced and individual level of medical and emotional support is essential. I will answer your questions and be your point of contact if you are unsure. I observe and monitor the progress of mother and child in the postnatal period.
Support for physiological regression and a good breastfeeding relationship are also part of the regular postnatal visits.
Lactation counseling
The breastfeeding phase is a special time in which step-by-step advice is required. A good breastfeeding relationship plays an important role in a relaxed postpartum period, especially at the beginning of the postpartum period.
Introduction of Solids
The introduction of solids is an important milestone in your child's development. I am happy to support the individual way of introducing your child to solid food!
